Stamped-bent Parts made of different Materials
Supported by a modern machine park and based on our many years of experience, our leaf springs and stamped-bent parts are made of the materials C 60/-75, CK 60/-75/-101, 55 Si7, the stainless steels 1.4301 and 1.4310, and various special materials.
Versatile Production Possibilities and Delivery in Different Quantities
From a material thickness of 0.1 mm, we offer leaf springs and bent parts both as an etched part, combined laser bending part or as a stamped-bent part produced with precision tools. Due to the diverse production possibilities, you will receive both large and small series as well as prototypes and individual pieces and spare parts.
As a possible surface treatment, we offer, among other things, anti-aliasing by means of vibratory grinding or corrosion protection measures, such as Zinc phosphating.
